No. Pro stores organisation-level information: your team, shared configuration, workflow status and audit history. Staff workbooks and generated rosters stay in your browser.
Can I keep using the Free app if I join Pro?
Yes. The Free app is unchanged and needs no account. Pro adds a shared workspace around it for managers who need to review and approve each other’s work.
How does Enterprise work?
Enterprise is arranged with us directly rather than bought at checkout. Tell us about your sites and we will follow up with a quote, and invoice you in the way your procurement team prefers.
